Customer Service Coordinator

The Harris Auto Group is looking for a **Customer Service Coordinator** to join our Sales and Service Team at Harris Victoria Chrysler There are lots of duties, but you can handle that, because you are a multi-tasking wizard, right? So don’t be afraid of the long list of duties and responsibilities. We can get you there.

**What you will be doing**:

- Work with the Service and Sales teams to create a process that ensures vehicles are ready when promised, guests have been contacted and pick ups have been scheduled appropriately.
- Regular contact with guests through out the process to ensure they have been updated with information.
- Review surveys with guests and expected outcomes.
- Oversee a strategy to continuously engage customers, provide outstanding customer experiences to drive referral and repeat business; follow up with guests for deferred or declined services.
- Training with OEM courses including CSI Coordinator and Service Advisor.
- Ensures that every customer is satisfied with the service and repair of their vehicle.
- Establishes procedures for addressing customer concerns or complaints promptly.
- Work with department Managers to resolve open concern cases.
- Follows all current company policies, processes and procedures.
- Comply with any WorkSafe requirements, and safety protocols.
- Support of all other dealership operations including Sales Operations and Accounting to promote cooperation and a team environment.
- Undertake all other tasks that may be delegated to you under the supervision of the Customer Experience Manager.
- Maintains both professional behavior and appearance.

**What you bring**:

- Follows tried and true processes and coaches / mentor’s others to do the same.
- Understanding of vehicle service maintenance intervals.
- Ability to resolve customer concerns in a positive timely manner.
- Excellent communicator with exceptional oral and written skills; you can talk to anyone
- Able to effectively present information to customers, colleagues, and groups when required.
- Driven to provide an outstanding customer experience.
- Exhibits sound judgment, empathy, and integrity.
- Willing to develop expert service product knowledge and understanding of regulations, laws and required compliance in the Automotive Industry including OEM warranty policies and procedures.
- Computer proficient is a must.

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
