Business Operations Coordinator

**A Day in the Life**:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Business Operations Manager to be the right hand to our Chief of Staff (CoS). In this role, you will be essential in supporting strategic initiatives, building out the People & Culture department, and driving internal operations projects to enhance efficiency and streamline processes across the company. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Support**:
- Assist the CoS in executing key strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Conduct research, compile data, and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- Help create presentations, reports, and communications for executive updates and company-wide initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and keep the CoS updated on developments across departments.
**People & Culture**:
- Work closely with the CoS to help build and expand the People & Culture department, contributing to a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Assist with day to day operations including onboarding new employees, device management, implementing employee engagement programs, organizing company events, and supporting employee feedback initiatives.
**Internal Operations & Process Improvement**:
- Help identify, scope, and implement new internal tools, working across departments to ensure smooth adoption.
- Coordinate and fine-tune internal tools, ensuring accurate setup of user profiles and proper maintenance of access levels.
- Test, maintain, optimize, and improve on existing automations and workflows.
- Coordinate internal and external documentation, ensuring all resources are comprehensive and current.
- Identify operational issues and concerns and develop turnkey solutions for them.
- Various admin and support tasks for the Operations Department as needed.
**What makes you a good fit**:
- 1-3 years of experience in a related role with a track record of supporting operations and projects
- Strong knowledge of the no-code SaaS stack, including project management tools, cloud databases, and automation software (experience with Airtable, Notion, and Integromat/Zapier preferred)
- A strategic, systems-oriented thinker with a proactive approach to solving challenges and optimizing processes
- Proven ability to design and implement workflows and automations from the ground up
- Thrives on autonomy and seeks out dynamic challenges in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Resourceful and creative, with the ability to "do more with less" when necessary
- Familiarity with APIs and a talent for implementing low-code solutions is an asset
- Collaborative team player eager to help scale a growing business
- Skilled in interpreting and presenting data and analytics
- Project management certification or relevant experience is a plus

- Assister le CoS dans la mise en œuvre des initiatives stratégiques clés et des projets transversaux.
- Effectuer des recherches, compiler des données et fournir des informations pour soutenir les processus décisionnels.
- Aider à la création de présentations, de rapports, et de communications pour les mises à jour exécutives et les initiatives à l’échelle de l’entreprise.
- Participer aux réunions transversales et tenir le CoS informé des développements au sein des différents départements.
**Ressources Humaines & Culture**:
