Our Client a leader in Office & Commercial Moving, Logistics & Supply Chain is looking for a dynamic Vice President - Sales to join their Leadership team. As the Vice President of Sales you will be a key leader in shaping and executing the companies sales strategy.

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Vice President of Sales will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships across the Canadian market to drive business growth.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
- Oversee the development and execution of sales strategies across various channels, including direct sales, partnerships, and distribution channels.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Manage the national sales budget efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience in Logistics/Retail sales is required to be successful in this role.
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably as a Vice President or Director of Sales.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams, manage high-level client relationships, and represent the company at industry events.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to establish partnerships and secure advantageous deals.
- Strong working knowledge of sales techniques and CRM systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $115,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
