**About the Opportunity**
- You have experience as a **Digital Strategist** in advertising or marketing - ideally with an emphasis working on Business to Business (B2B) and/or Business to Consumer (B2C) campaigns including complete content management and ad buying across multiple platforms.
- You can develop, document, and implement insightful strategies that drive impactful business results.
- You are an expert in YouTube (among other key social platforms) to build business channels, pages, campaigns, and profiles, as well as manage content, develop effective descriptions and tags, use standardized tools to develop, compile, and report on key analytics.
- You can act as Quality Control on channel, page, profile, or campaign set up, implementation, and/or optimization.
- You are accountable for performance results and achieving related KPIs established.
- You are adept at analyzing data to provide valuable business insights based on results for effective reports and presentations, as well as creating or revising recommendations.
- You are in the know on latest trends for digital media, marketing and advertising tactics related to social media and e-marketing trends for success.
- You have exceptionally strong technical and social media skills.
- You can work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain strong relationships.
**About You**
To qualify, you'll need **2-3+ years of successful digital strategy experience **as part of a creative or media production agency, internal marketing department, or via freelance work. You also possess post-secondary education and/or a related professional certification or designation or possess demonstrable equivalent experience. Aa part of this you can demonstrate that you have/are:
- Strong knowledge of digital media strategy principles
- Self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to work equally well independently and as part of a diverse team
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple competing projects and tasks
- Ability to work under tight timelines
- Strong customer service, relationship management, and teamwork mindset
- Ability to understand and respond well to feedback and criticism
- Strong collaborative problem-solving skills
- Hands on experience managing channels, campaigns and content in YouTube, Instagram, Google, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, CPM and digital ad buying.
- Highly skilled in digital strategy management and planning tools.
- Strong knowledge of digital media content creation (e.g. video, animation, photography, graphic design, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English - written and _verbal (Bilingual in French is considered an asset, but not required) _
- Class G drivers license and the ability to travel to locations not served by public transportation
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
**Compensation**
- $27 to $40 per hour, commensurate with experience.
