We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency in the financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, year end and variance analysis.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments and collections.

Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships.

Prepare financial statements, bank reconciliations, and reports for management and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and mitigate risk.

Provided financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Payroll, Remittance, WorkSafe & EHT.

Supervise and mentor finance team members.

**Qualifications**:
Background in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum five years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in the property management or real estate industry.

Proficiency in Sage accounting software and advanced Excel skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
