**Job Overview**:
We are a boutique, family owned, Property Management office located in beautiful Dundarave Village in West Vancouver. We are currently seeking someone excited to grow within our company and eventually take on a senior Property Management role. Current role is for a junior Property Manager Assisstant or Junior Agent. Current Property Management license an asset but not mandatory; willingness to eventually take the course is required.

**Duties**:

- update advertising and promotional material for current properties
- handle tenant inquiries and qualify those looking to view
- coordinate property viewings
- become familiar with our portfolio and eventually show homes to qualified tenants
- become knowledgeable with the Residential Tenancy Act and feel comfortable answering questions and handling lease signings
- assisting in tenant background and reference checks
- handle tenant concerns promptly and professionally

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in customer relationship management
- Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Knowledge of office procedures and great phone etiquette
- good command of the English language with excellent oral and written skills
- background in Wordpress, Propertyware, and various social media outlets an asset

This is a lifestyle business that offers some flexibility when it comes to hours and time off. Drivers License and vehicle mandatory. Priority given to those living on the North Shore with in depth knowledge of North and West Vancouver specifically.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- English not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- property management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Property Management License (preferred)

**Location**:

- West Vancouver, BC V7V 1L3 (preferred)
