**Who are we?**

We are the property management team of Sun Wah Centre in Vancouver Chinatown. It is a commercial building with over 70 tenants and 3-story parking garage. We love working with non-profit organization and contribute to the local communities.

**Job duties**
- Answer phone calls and client inquires
- Prepare and edit invoices and receipts for tenants and customers
- Schedule and confirm bookings for employer and contractors
- Maintain filing system and sort out invoices, receipts, letters and other documents
- Prepare marketing materials and promote events
- Work in the security room with surveillance cameras setup and report any emergency or signs for break in
- Maintain company Facebook and website (Sometimes)

**Language**:
English

Cantonese/Mandarin (preferred)

**Skills**:

- Experience using photo/video editing software is an asset
- Account background and good administrative skill are an asset
- Able to work well both on their own and as a team player
- Multitasking and work in a fast paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
