As the HR Coordinator, your key focus will be in support of the recruitment process, ensuring systems are maintained and updated to support our people in all aspects of their employment journey; through Onboarding, Performance Acceleration and Offboarding, as well as the oversight of the day-to-day human resources administrative functions, benefits and payroll for the Firm, with the goal of ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This role reports to the Corporate Operations Manager. 

Working in a team environment, you will support the company’s goals and objective by:

- Support the day-to-day operations of Human Resources
- Responsible for on-boarding, preparation of workspace and equipment and training plans
- Coordination of Human Resources administrative processes
- Maintain information in our HR Software to ensure consistency and integrity of HR data and conduct timely audits
- Responsible for HR software team member training
- Create HR-related reports, resources, and communications materials
- Manage the repository of policies and ensure all are kept up to date
- Subject matter expert and HRIS superuser
- Responsible for payroll, employee benefits administration, policy management, employee relations
- Utilize the Payroll System for records management and payment to employees for regular and off cycle payroll runs.
- Completion of Business/Administration diploma or degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years experience in an HR Administrative role
- Knowledge of Human Resources and Employment Law
- 1 year experience in Payroll considered an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft O365 products (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, TEAMS, SharePoint etc.)

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
