Student Recruiter Domestic and International

This is a sales job, you are selling our programs to students who have inquired about our programs. You will be working with international agents to help facilitate the international end of our student body.
The successful incumbent is responsible for recruiting domestic and international students for admissions to our College. This is a sales tasked position and best suited to someone passionate about education, Graphic Design, Fashion, and Beauty. They also work with Agents and have a strong connection and relationship with international agents. This role is specifically focused on recruitment of students from Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, UK and EU.
**Key Job Responsibilities**:
- Actively recruit domestic and international students
- Hold strong knowledge of college programs
- Exception EQ with the ability to read your market, and recruit students who are the right fit for our programs providing a meaningful educational experience
- Manage inquiries and respond in a timely manner
- Contact assigned leads
- Provide an in depth overview of the educational programs that The Cut Design Academy offers plus the expected outcomes, related course costs, financial planning and internal support mechanisms that are available to the students.
- Schedule and conduct telephone and in person interviews with prospective students, their parents, support networks and educators
- Secure new inquiries (Personally Developed Referrals) through daily activities
- Forecast projected new students on a periodic basis for the Director of Admissions
- Conduct follow-up meetings with prospective students, parents and educators to ensure successful matriculation
- Participate in admission and enrollment activities, including but not limited to, open houses, regional presentations, training sessions, orientation programs, and other related events
- Perform other related duties, as assigned

**Job Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)**:
Knowledge:
- Education in Sales, Communication or Business
- Relevant and meaningful work experience in a related field while meeting specific and measurable objectives that contributed to the overall success of an organization
- Previous experience working in an admissions or student recruitment environment
- A sincere interest in helping others achieve their life goals
- Additional language skills are considered a definite asset
- Experience in Higher Education would be an asset
- Excellent written and verbal English skills, a second language preferred
- Demonstrate technical expertise utilizing a variety of IT systems including a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, student recruitment and retention platforms, etc.
- Sales and marketing skills
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a range of populations
- Effective team and partnering skills

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
