Overview:
We are seeking experienced, creative, fun, professional and driven HR Consultant(s) to join our team. As an HR Consultant, you will provide strategic HR guidance and support to our clients. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to develop and implement effective HR strategies and solutions. **Duties**:

- Collaborate with clients to assess their HR needs and develop customized solutions
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Advise on employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution
- Assist with the implementation of HR systems such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System), SAP, ADP, or Workday
- Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on various HR topics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in employment laws and regulations
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate HR metrics and insights to clients

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures
- Experience with talent acquisition strategies and techniques
- Familiarity with HR systems such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System), SAP, ADP, or Workday
- Ability to present information effectively to individuals or groups
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations in

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: $25.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
