**Job description**

Key responsibilities
- Enhance advisor’s effectiveness by providing information management support.
- Greet visitors, clients, and prospective clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle incoming telephone calls, sort, and distribute the mail
- General clerical and administrative duties: Data entry, filing and any other assigned administrative duties/projects
- Coordinate the assembly and mailing of client paperwork
- Order and handle office supplies, coordinate vendors
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements
- Organize and coordinate all conference calls and webinars
- Manage the Advisors’ calendars: Schedule meetings, allocate sufficient preparation time for meetings, recognize and anticipate changes, resolve schedule conflicts.
- Bank deposits to near by bank.
- Minimum of 2-years experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic with a team-first mindset and proven ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and results oriented
- Superior customer service skills and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, work within time constraints and follow-up effectively
- Proven ability to work in a professional team environment
- Takes initiative and identifies opportunities to add value
- Experience working with a Securities Brokerage firm an asset

**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:
