This role will be based out of our beautiful Mt Lehman Financial Branch. Located in Abbotsford, a charming city in the heart of the Fraser Valley known for its rich agricultural heritage and warm community spirit. Surrounded by picturesque farmland and stunning mountain vistas, Abbotsford offers residents a tranquil lifestyle while still providing easy access to urban amenities. What you'll do:

Builds relationships with credit union members, including seeking out new members and opening new accounts, along with maintaining positive and productive relationships with existing members. Provides full-cycle account services including processing general banking transactions, identifying and processing deposits, investment and lending needs and resolving account issues. Proactively connects with members to identify needs as well as seek opportunities for additional and future business and strengthen members' banking relationships with Beem Credit Union. Collaborates with branches and other departments, and provides referrals to product specialists, to ensure a superior member experience and increase business across the credit union. Builds and maintains a professional network within the branch and local community and represents Beem Credit Union as a positive community partner.

A little about your qualifications:

years' experience in a sales and service-oriented role Excellent customer service and strong relationship building abilities Entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit Self-initiative in driving your career and personal development. Degree or diploma in Business or Finance is preferred; general understanding of retail banking principles is an asset.
