The Sales Resolution Manager will lead the Sales Resolution team to promote high quality customer satisfaction and department productivity while ensuring operational excellence. EBlock has recently rebranded our Arbitrations team to the Sales Resolution team as we continue to deliver best-in-class customer service and focus on enhancing the sales experience for our partners.

This is a fully remote position.

**Responsibilities**:
What You Will Do:

- Provide support in resolving issues between buyers and sellers in arbitrated vehicles
- Review and validate customer complaints, investigate thoroughly, and provide recommendations for resolution
- Negotiate auction deals between buyers and sellers
- Track and monitor payments from buyers and sellers and update accounting records
- Provide assistance to the Sales Team in developing and recruiting buyers and sellers
- Provide validation and sign-off on vehicle standards for future sales
- Foster collaboration with all Stakeholders within a team environment
- Keeps up-to-date with information about product and service innovations, changing needs of customers, market conditions, and competitors
- Oversee and manage the control of any sale cancellations
- Produce reports to evaluate the effectiveness and productivity of the program
- Manage a remote team through various methods of communication
- Manage staffing levels and coaching/training as necessary
- Effectively handle escalated issues within a primarily customer service-based environment
- Strong understanding of vehicle mechanical diagnosis and bodyshop repair estimates

Qualifications:
What You Will Need:

- Languages: English (required), French (highly preferred)
- Experience in Automotive Auction or related industry operations activities
- Excellent teamwork and team building skills
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite

The base pay range for this full-time position is $84,750.00 - $101,700.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location._
