**Sync needs you**

As a Technical Product Manager, your role will be critical in enhancing the core user experience across various platforms such as desktop, mobile, and web apps by focusing on foundational efforts such as performance improvement. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retaining them by continuously improving the ease of use, performance, stability, and delight of all core functions across our platform.

You will significantly impact the company's direction and the value millions of users get from Sync.

**Your to-do list**:

- Define the vision and strategy and drive the roadmap to improve the core experiences, delight, and perceived performance of our desktop experience, including collecting content, viewing, browsing, app navigation, and client installation.
- Define platform performance criteria and metrics that measure success.
- Be an expert at prioritization by helping balance the roadmap with tech foundational efforts.
- Obsess over outcomes and know where best to invest the team’s valuable time.
- Share insights and results throughout the company to evangelize high-impact initiatives.
- Make data-informed product decisions with qualitative and quantitative research.
- Partner closely with teams across Sync to align development with cross-platform initiatives and ensure the consistency of our cross-platform experiences.

**Who you are**:

- BS in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant work experience.
- 2+ years of technical hands-on experience in software, such as software developer, systems engineer, etc.
- 2+ years of Product Management experience.
- Impact-driven history of delivering measurable results for users and the business.
- Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills that solve technical problems for our users to enable innovation.
- You have collaborated with engineering teams and led a technical project.
