**Position: Ontario Provincial Account Executive**
As a Provincial Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales performance within the province of Ontario, contributing to the overall success of our Sales department. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and implementing sales programs to establish and grow our presence within the province.
**Responsibilities**:
- Represent and promote our brand's products within the retail industry, cultivating brand awareness and community engagement.
- Identify new distribution opportunities and strategic partnerships to maximize market share.
- Manage all accounts within the assigned province, with a goal of establishing our brand as the preferred partner.
- Work within the designated provincial budget to achieve sales targets.
- Execute marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive ongoing sales.
- Lead educational sessions with accounts to effectively communicate product benefits.
- Provide weekly reports on sales velocity and distribution numbers using gathered information and the OCS Power BI portal
- Provide weekly updates on sales touchpoints
- Participate in weekly sales team conference calls, providing updates on KPIs and regional market insights.
- Build and develop relationships with retail managers and staff.
- Collaborate with the VP of Commercial in planning sales activities and setting goals for assigned districts
- This position requires up to 75% travel within the province. Travel may be required for client meetings, industry conferences, site visits, and training sessions.
**Requirements**:
- Three to five years of experience in CPG sales, preferably in highly regulated industries.
- Previous experience in the Ontario cannabis industry is an asset.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate our value proposition confidently.
- A university degree is preferred but not required.
- Strong technology skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Reliable transportation, including a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
