The Financial Analyst Co-op is responsible for supporting the analysis of financial data at Jones Healthcare Group through gathering and consolidating data, maintaining dashboards, and generating reports for a variety of internal stakeholders.

**Here are some of the different activities you’ll be asked to do**:

- Work with large amount of data from primary and secondary systems, connecting and consolidating data for reporting purposes.
- Maintain production dashboard with commentary and action list, troubleshooting and modifying the dashboard as required.
- Support the team in developing solutions to generate insights and uncover trends.
- Assist with building automated reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to effectively communicate data driven insights to users for a variety of audiences.
- Assist with tracking key performance metrics as determined by business unit leadership.
- Deliver reporting requirements within the required deadlines.
- Support the Financial Analyst with process improvements, reconciliations, viability studies, cost analyses, and budget analyses.
- Other duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned by the Financial Analyst from time to time.

- Pursuing a post-secondary degree in a related field (i.e. accounting, finance).
- Progressive accounting experience desired.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience with Power BI an asset.
