Job Summary

Reporting to the Inventory Manager, the Warehouse Specialist is responsible for the management of all inbound/outbound materials, ingredients, and documentation, including incoming quality inspections ensuring the materials and ingredients meet Brunswick Bierworks high standards of compliance. The Warehouse Specialist must continuously strive to improve ways of working that meet and exceed internal and external KPIs.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
**Leadership and Management Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Manages the receipt and quality inspection of all materials and ingredients to ensure they meet Company standards, supply chain flow and availability ONTIFNE to the departments.

2. Inventory control of all packaging materials and ingredients, optimizing storage and warehouse processes.

3. Optimize staging process of materials and ingredients for both brewing and packaging.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for inventory through periodic and special inventory counts, reconciles discrepancies, and ensures accuracy in WMS.

2. Assist with the day-to-day shipping activities to ensure no delays.

3. Confirm receipt and conformance of materials, ingredients, and maintenance parts based on BOLs and COAs.

4. Ensure accuracy and receipt of ingredients and materials into WMS, transfer materials in system to staging, warehouse, or production.

5. Provide documentation to customer of shipment(s) including number of cases produced and provide a copy of BOL prior to customer warehouse receipt.

6. Provide internal stakeholders confirmation of received materials, ingredients, or maintenance parts.

7. Responsible for storage and inventory movement within internal designated warehousing area and WMS modules.

**Administrative and General Duties**

1. Guide forklift drivers on inbound and outbound loads and timing

2. Assist forklift drivers to pick materials/ingredients for production and processing

3. Adherence to Brunswick Bierworks Environmnetal, Health & Safety Policies.

4. Adherence to Brunswick Bierworks Food Safety Management System, GMP Policies and Procedures.

5. Follow all guidelines related to Gluten Free Certification program (GFCO).

6. Report to your immediate manager any situation that can attempt against Health & Safety and any other policies, certifications, or regulatory compliances Brunswick Bierworks adheres to.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
