**Overview**

Position: Experienced law clerk (five years plus legal assistant or law clerk experience mandatory).

**Responsibilities**
- Experience in civil litigation (plaintiff personal injury / Accident Benefits an asset)
- Preparing undertakings charts, obtaining productions; answering undertakings
- Computer literate, including proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Outlook; Clio, Quickbooks;
- Assist in the organization and management of case files using Sharepoint / Planner
- Draft and proofread legal documents, including briefs, motions, and correspondence.
- Scheduling meetings and diarizing tasks;
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Billing tasks (Clio, Quickbooks)
- Limited office management tasks to be discussed
- Other tasks as required

**Skills**:

- Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in proofreading to ensure accuracy in all written materials.
- Familiarity with iManage or similar case management software is preferred.
- Excellent clerical skills, including data entry and file management.
- Ability to write clearly and concisely for various legal documents.
- Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Pay: $45,612.75-$71,115.63 per year
