Our client, a law firm with a global reach, has a fantastic opportunity for a senior corporate law clerk who is experienced in handling transactional corporate law cases. This is a challenging work where you will be handling ongoing cases where your expertise will be fully utilized. These transactions could pertain to Mergers & Acquisitions, incorporations, amendments, amalgamations and other related corporate actions.


The ideal candidate:

  1. A confident, reliable and detail oriented, experienced corporate law clerk.
  2. Has a strong ability to manage multiple files and changing priorities; while remaining calm and focused.
  3. Excels in maintaining or developing strong client relationships
  4. Maintains a high level of confidentiality
  5. Possesses excellent communication skills
  6. Technically savvy
  7. Has 5+ years of corporate law clerk experience; where ongoing transactions are a significant aspect of your workload.

Key functions:

  1. Preparing corporate documentation relating to various corporate law requirements or initiatives.
  2. Manages updated corporate database and records
  3. Works closely with lawyers across all offices to attend to OBCA and CBCA transactions, filings or registrations
  4. Manage files from start to complete
