**The opportunity**:
Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting with systems analysis and trouble shooting as required;
- Reviewing, activating, and troubleshooting the Yardi lease entries for all externally managed properties;
- Assisting with trouble shooting internal lease administration system issues;
- Assisting with lease administration review/activations as required;
- Writing SQL Scripts to gather data for custom reports as needed or to assist in trouble shooting system issues;
- Scripting/ETL setup to facilitate export and import of data;
- Testing and trouble shooting of new modules as required;
- Trouble shooting/adjusting custom reporting.

***Technical qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Accounting, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience;
- Proven experience in SQL and advanced Excel skills, with a track record of successful data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with scripting and coding languages (e.g., Python, R) to automate data processes.
- Understanding of accounting principles and business workflows.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and professionally across all levels of the organization.
