We are seeking an experienced Project Financial Support Analyst, responsible for providing project financial expertise and services
required for the execution of Distribution projects in addition to the development and implementation of key financial services
processes and deliverables. **This is a 12-month term position with full-time hours.**

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Support the Distribution Projects Financial Services Lead by utilizing the SAP PS module and provide financial interpretation

and guidance for projects managed by the Distribution portfolio, including, but not limited to, network and activity structure,
balancing and settling accounts, cash flows forecasting, budgeting, interest and escalation calculations, budget variances,
in-service dates.
- Support the Distribution Projects Financial Services Lead to develop and provide monthly, quarterly and year-end project cost

control reporting to Project Managers (PMs) using SAP, C55 Copperleaf and/or Analysis for Office (AFO).
- Collaborate on the work breakdown structure (WBS) for the division and provide guidance to improve efficiencies with respect

to accounting practices.
- Assist with the preparation and issuance of project capital investment justification approval documentation.
- Assist with enhancing and monitoring processes for project participants (within and outside the department) to review the

monthly project expenditures, ensure accuracy of charges and perform and/or arrange for correcting entries in SAP as
required.
- Assist with managing project cash flows, participate in financial forecasting processes and prepare financial variance

explanations on assigned projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor, manage and revise cost, cash flow and in-service dates during project

execution and for project close-out.
- Develop and document process improvement initiatives, new tools, and provide department staff with training and guidance in

these areas.
**_ Qualifications:_**
- A four year university degree in Commerce or a related discipline from a University of recognized standing plus two years of

directly related experience;
OR
- Completion of a two-year diploma in Business Administration, plus four years directly related experience.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge and expertise in SAP PS, MM and CO module for investigation of cost and resource data
- related to capital projects.- Thorough understanding of cost accounting principles and practices and of the Corporations procedures, policies and

concurrent work assignments.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships and

interact effectively with divisional staff at all levels.
- Experience working in project environment and general knowledge of project management systems and principles would be

an asset.
- Experience with C55 Copperleaf would be an asset.
- Experience in process improvement projects would be an asset.

**_ Salary Range_**

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $33.53-$46.40 Hourly,
$64,250.94-$88,903.88 Annually.
