We are seeking an experienced Project Financial Support Analyst, responsible for providing accounting, financial, cost control and
contract management support to the Generation, Transmission and Distribution Projects in the Project Management division project
portfolio.

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Maintain ownership over the Shared Mailbox for Financial Services for the intake of invoices/progress statements and actively

monitor the invoice workflow and ensure invoices/progress statements are assigned to and actioned by team members.
- Maintain ownership and data integrity of the Project Management Division Purchase Order dataset and responsible for

assigning contracts to the Accounting Analysts assigned to review and process invoices/progress statements.
- Maintain ownership of the data integrity and input of project and contract changes in the PM Division Change Management

Tracking & Reporting system.
- Maintain ownership of Progress Statement Templates for contracts and maintenance of templates as changes are executed.
- Provide support during the annual Capital Planning cycle to ensure estimate/budgets are updated in SAP.
- Provide support in making updates to C55 Copperleaf on behalf of Project Management and executing workflows as required.
- Prepare, issue, follow-up and action results of Expenditure Confirmations to monitor actual costs charged to the projects.
- Assist in the calculation, analysis, and generation of invoices to third parties and/or stakeholders involved in Projects, as
- required.- Review and analyze actual cost expenditures to ensure costs are allocated appropriately on projects; prepare and park
- correcting journal entries as required and adjust in Time & Expense Management (TEM) as needed.- Provide SAP guidance and training on the use of financial aspects of SAP to the Division.
- Support the compilation of submission information for projects that have funding through the Investing in Canada's

Infrastructure Program (ICIP).

**_ Qualifications:_**
- Completion of a four-year degree in Business or Commerce from a University of recognized standing, plus two years directly

related experience;
OR
- Completion of a two-year diploma in Business Administration, plus four years directly related experience.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge and expertise in SAP PS, MM and CO module for investigation of cost and resource data
- related to capital projects.- Thorough understanding of cost accounting principles and practices and of the Corporations procedures, policies, and

- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in utilizing SharePoint lists/libraries with an aptitude to perform higher functions

using Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, accept responsibility and to plan, organize and control activities of various

concurrent work assignments.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships and

interact effectively with divisional staff at all levels.
- Experience working in project environment and general knowledge of project management systems and principles would be

an asset.
- Experience with C55 Copperleaf would be an asset.
- Experience in process improvement projects would be an asset.

**_ Salary Range_**

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $33.53-$46.40 Hourly,
$64,250.94-$88,903.88 Annually.
