**Inside Sales Support Specialist**

**About us**

We are a fast-paced company looking for a superior Inside Sales Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide support to the Director of Sales, resolve all emerging product/service issues our customer accounts might face, and ensure smooth sales operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide customer service to all B2B sales partners, including lighting showrooms, distributors, and the big box-store e-commerce platforms.
- Address customer product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; identifying the root cause and offering the best solution to rectify the situation.
- Own and manage Inventory databases for all E-commerce partners on a daily basis.
- Add, list and provide new vendor item information to e-commerce partner portal as necessary.
- Regular review of the e-commerce platforms to ensure products listing accuracy, including pricing, images, product specification sheets and marketing collaterals.
- Upload promotion templates on e-commerce partner portal or fill-in appropriate templates in order to send to the appropriate buyers.
- Provide quotations using PandaDocs or all / any relevant quoting systems to the Sales Rep partners as required.
- Create sales drafts and prepare invoices for B2B sales partners as requested by the Accounting Manager.
- As required, follow up with customers on outstanding balances to ensure timely collection of payments.
- Review pending orders and ensure timely processing and fulfillment of all daily orders
- Review and prepare sales reports - internally and externally.
- Stay up to the date with industry trends and support with new sales prospecting activities that will help increase company’s revenue.
- Other administrative tasks as requested by management to advance the goals and objectives of the company.

**Requirements and skills**
- Native proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in French is a plus
- Proven work experience as a sales support specialist or an inside sales executive
- Hands on experience with CRM systems and Web portals and back-office environments
- High proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or an associates degree in relevant field is a plus

**Salary**: $58,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
