Inside Sales Specialist

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop sustainable trust and relationships with potential Trade customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through open and interactive communication
- Understand customers’ needs and identify new sales opportunities
- Prepare quotes and invoices for customers, and follow-up on RFQ’s to close sales and achieve revenue targets
- Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to increase revenue
- Offer technical support and product information to increase sales
- Handle customer claims, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely fashion; follow up to ensure resolution
- Own and manage the Trade program’ RMA process
- Actively maintain and manage the database with detailed notes of customer interactions
- Stay up to the date with industry trends, and support with new sales prospecting activities that will help increase company’s revenue
- Go the extra mile to engage, educate and ensure customer satisfaction
- When required, assist with sales and support activities of the B2C side of the business
- Other administrative tasks as requested by management to advance the goals and objectives of the company.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Native/Full proficiency in English is required
- 7+ years of proven experience in Inside Sales. Experience with trade customers highly desired
- Proven track record of closing sales and achieving targets
- Strong phone presence and active listening skills
- Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and close sales deals
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Highly process-oriented with rigorous and tenacious follow-up abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel in particular), CRM systems, quote management and back-office environments
- Work well autonomously as well as in a team environment
- College degree required, University degree will be considered an asset
