Client Scheduling Operator

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize computerized scheduling systems to manage appointments and calendars efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients and internal staff.
- Operate phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with clerical duties including typing, data entry, and proofreading documents.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a scheduling or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computerized scheduling systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with office procedures and clerical tasks.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.57-$23.84 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
