**Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator**

Comforts of Home - Care is looking for an outgoing, service-oriented individual with a big heart who wants to make a difference in the lives of the elderly.

We are looking for a full-time Staffing Coordinator who will be responsible for supervising, assigning, and scheduling caregivers, as well as interacting with our clients, and their families. You will be entering data into our scheduling software to run an efficient operation.

**Education**
- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent related courses
- 2 to 3 years related administrative experience.
- Data entry experience required.
- Experience in healthcare would be an asset.
- Experience with administrative tasks such as but not limited to: mail distribution, photocopying, faxing and maintaining filing system

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain client and caregiver schedules and changes
- Supervision of caregivers
- Assist in caregiver orientation
- Attend community events as assigned
- Ability to handle the confidential aspect of the position with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to organize workload

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Excellent computer and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to carry out assigned tasks
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively contribute to a team environment

**Work Schedule**:
Monday to Friday 9:30 - 5:30 pm weekly

Paid On Call Rotation - Third week of each month

**Competitive Salary**
Open to negotiation based on Experience
Monthly Incentive Bonus

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients and patients
- Manage calendars and ensure efficient use of time
- Proofread documents and correspondence for accuracy and clarity
- Assist with project coordination and event planning
- Maintain organized files and records
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a scheduling or coordination role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in using Google Suite and QuickBooks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working in a medical office or dental office is a plus
