**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Vice President, People, Culture and Communications, some of the key responsibilities include:
- Work closely with Executive, Board of Directors, and respective teams to facilitate, coordinate, and lead the collaborative development of the Enterprise Planning deliverables including drafting or amending existing plans.
- Responsible for Business Continuity Plan to effectively manage the related activities aimed at building the organization's capability to manage disruptions.
- Ensure an integrated Enterprise Risk Management strategy linking risk mitigation strategies to Occupational Health & Safety policies and procedures to ensure timely and effective organizational incident and crisis response and management.
- Ensure enterprise planning records, information assets and artifacts are managed to demonstrate corporate accountability.
- Provide support to the Senior Executive Team in response to crisis situations.
- Facilitate crisis planning and response, provide and coordinate training for leaders and employees.
- Facilitate, develop, write, report and present on Enterprise plans as well as provide planning services to business units as required.
- Drive cross functional business processes to realize organizational strategic priorities and plans.
- Research, analyze and provide insight - gather and analyze information on emerging issues, industry trends, risks, service innovations and customer expectations.
- Consult and facilitate meetings to support strategic plans, operational initiatives, administrative process improvements, organizational design, and deployment implementations.
- Other duties as required.
**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**:
- Relevant post-secondary degree and graduate studies, equivalencies will be considered
- MBA and/or professional accounting, strategic and business planning/risk management or project management designation considered an asset
- Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in organizational performance and enterprise planning activities
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in a non-profit or government environment is an asset
**Knowledge and Skills**:
- Enterprise and business planning/performance management.
- Risk management and business disruption/disaster preparation.
- Knowledge of corporate governance and policy development best practices.
- Demonstrated knowledge of program evaluation, including evaluation frameworks.
- Familiarity with legislation and regulations applicable to corporations or not-for-profit organizations
- Excellent analytical, logic, problem-solving skills.
- Strong writing, communication, analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, relationship building, coaching and development skills
- A high level of comfort working with technology and a keen enthusiasm for learning new systems
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and changing priorities effectively and efficiently with mínimal supervision.
- Sound judgment regarding ethics, discretion, privacy and confidentiality.
- Innovative thinker, with a track record for translating strategic thinking into action plans and output that leads to defined results.
- Negotiation and conflict management skills with the ability to resolve complex and sensitive issues.
- Ability to make decisions in a challenging environment and anticipate future needs.
