Product Return Specialist/ Spécialiste Du Retour

**The team**:
Reporting to the Team Leader, the Return Merchandise Authorization Specialist is responsible for fulfilling and processing merchandise returns in a timely and accurate manner. This team works to investigate the reason a product is being returned by the customer, validates the issues discovered by the technical support team, and tries to correct the issues with the returned hardware.
**What your day will look like**:
- Receive RMA return in CRM/ERP system
- Investigate customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and returns
- Take appropriate actions to repair or replace products
- Distinguish discrepancies, issues, and/or improvements with internal departments, vendors, and manufacturers
- Resolve return discrepancies and order issues
- Complete special projects when assigned
**About you**:
- Bilingual with excellent communication skills in English and French
- Understanding of basic hardware functions
- At ease with different tools such as Great Plains, CRM, Excel, etc.
- Organized, detail oriented and motivated by a fast-paced environment
- Positive, assertive, confident, competitive with a tenacious attitude

Sous la responsabilité du chef d’équipe, le spécialiste des autorisations de retour de marchandises est chargé de traiter les retours de marchandises avec rapidité et précision. Cette équipe examine les raisons pour lesquelles les clients retournent des produits, confirme les problèmes constatés par l’équipe d’assistance technique et tente de régler les problèmes liés aux équipements retournés.
**À quoi ressemblera votre journée**:
- Enregistrer les retours de marchandises dans le système de planification des ressources et de gestion de la relation client
- Examiner les demandes des clients pour les commandes, l’expédition et les retours
- Prendre les mesures appropriées pour réparer ou remplacer les produits
- Reconnaître les anomalies, les problèmes ou les améliorations avec les services internes, les fournisseurs et les fabricants
- Résoudre les divergences en matière de retour et les problèmes de commande
- Réaliser les projets spéciaux qui lui sont confiés
**Votre profil**:
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et orale en anglais et en français
- Compréhension des fonctions de base du matériel
- À l’aise avec des outils comme Great Plains, CRM, Excel, etc.
- Organisé et minutieux et se sentir stimulé dans un environnement où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide
- Positif, assertif, confiant, compétitif et tenace
