Construction Administrative Assistant

Performs administrative management of construction projects
- Follows up on payment certificates, guidelines, endorsements, contracts, etc.
- Index project data in tracking spreadsheets
- Manages contract terminations, releases, and statutory declarations
- Classify project documentation in SharePoint
- Scan paper documents
- Archive all paper documents
- Track queries
- Produce and layout Word, Excel, PowerPoint documents
- Schedule managers' team meetings
- Supports other team members by performing various administrative tasks
- Any other related tasks
**Requirements**:
- 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
- Knowledge of standard construction documents
- Knowledge of collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, Power BI, etc.)
- Adaptability
- Autonomy
**Language**:
French only
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
