Are you a natural leader with a desire to provide exceptional customer service? Indigo Park is currently looking for an office clerk to join our dynamic team. If you are a detail-oriented professional with administrative experience, we would love to speak with you as an office clerk you will play an important role in supporting our operations team.
**What Would You Be Doing?**
- Responding to customers via E-mail, Phone and in person
- Administrative tasks related to Violation Enforcement
- Responsible for the Enforcement Revenue (Banking and Reporting)
- Ensure that the inputting of all manual tickets into the Ticket Manager system is completed in a timely manner
- Process payment - Interac/Moneris POS: (and do month-end report)
Enforcement payment
Parking fees
- Reviewing customer violation appeals
- Preparing and Compiling daily, weekly, monthly reports as required
- Other general office duties as required
