**About the Role**:
**Job Title**: Customer Success Specialist Co-op / Intern

**Duration**: Minimum 3 months

We’re looking for co-ops or student interns to work with our Customer Success team. This role is perfect for students who are passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences. You'll gain hands-on experience in documenting processes, creating content, and developing onboarding materials that streamline customer interactions. For those interested in technical challenges, opportunities to develop custom AI robots are also available.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed documentation and process maps for customer success operations.

- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to refine strategies and enhance user satisfaction.
- Assist in creating custom AI robots tailored to customer needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about technology and customer service.
- Proactive, with outstanding organizational and time management skills.
