If you are passionate about providing exceptional, industry-leading customer service, we want you to join our Driver Licensing Office as a Client Service Representative in our Victoria office. This in-person customer facing position plays a significant role in processing various licensing transactions for our customers and is one of our main customer touch points throughout the corporation.

As a Client Service Representative, your responsibilities will include problem solving to determine whether requirements for driver's license renewals, duplicates and BCID cards have been accurately met. You will work with customers to understand their licensing needs and to handle escalations as they arise. This role requires customer service skills and the ability to pay attention to detail while ensuring accuracy within a fast-paced environment filled with interruptions. Active listening skills are key in dealing with customer interactions along with the ability to tailor your communication style to each customer.

What you bring:

- Customer service experience
- Experience handling cash in a fast paced, transactional environment.
- Exceptional data entry skills and ability to reconcile daily transactions.
- A genuine joy of working with other people to seek out solutions and help solve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Minimum data entry test results of 5000nkph with 95% accuracy.

Additional Requirements:

- Completed grade 12 education or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred though not a mandatory requirement
- Successful completion of a data entry test
- Formal review of criminal and driving record check

**Work arrangements defined**:

- **Resident **- you will work at your primary in-office headquarters on all scheduled workdays.
- **Hybrid 8 **- you will work a minimum of 8 days per month at your primary in-office headquarters (typically 2 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
- **Hybrid 10 **- you will work a minimum of 10 days per month at your primary in-office headquarters (typically one week in/one week out or up to 3 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
- **Mobile **- you will work remotely or in the field on scheduled workdays within British Columbia, with the requirement to be at your primary on-site headquarters by exception only.

**Salary**: $30.17-$32.55 per hour
