**Resident Relations Coordinator
- Scarborough**
We are looking for a Resident Relation Coordinator where you’ll be at the heart of creating a seamless and welcoming experience for our residents. In this dual role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing smooth move-ins, ensuring residents feel at home from day one. Alongside delivering top-tier customer service, you’ll also manage administrative and receptionist duties, becoming the go-to person for both residents and employees.
**What will you do**:
**Move-In Coordinator**:
- Manage the move in calendar and adjust schedules as necessary based on availability.
- Conduct multiple suite inspections before move-ins to ensure readiness.
- Perform final suite inspection with the resident and hand over keys after ensuring all paperwork is completed.
- Program and distribute fobs and mailbox keys.
- Be present at the loading dock to oversee move-ins.
- Conduct orientation with new residents, demonstrating the use of appliances, thermostats, and other key features.
- Collect post-move feedback through surveys.
**Receptionist and Administrative**:
- Handle bulk inquiry calls and direct them to the appropriate team member or department.
- Maintain tenant files and records of leased suites.
- Prepare weekly lease tracking reports.
- Conduct property tours when needed.
- Ensure adequate office supplies and promotional materials are available.
- Inspect model suite(s) and amenities daily to ensure they are in top condition.
- Maintain records of rented parking spaces and assign keys.
**Who you are**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in property management, business administration, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, property management, or real estate, ideally in a residential setting is an asset.
- Ability to multitask, manage schedules, and keep accurate records.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Building Stack).
