Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Resident Services Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Extendicare Canada Inc.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling, payroll entry, and administrative tasks for the Resident Services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, supervisors, and managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate employee demographic information and provide reports on attendance and other HR-related matters.
  • Assist with daily correspondence, mail, filing, and documentation retrieval, as well as write and prepare correspondence, memoranda, and reports as required.
  • Participate in various projects, gathering and analyzing data, preparing recommendations, and implementing solutions.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Business Management or Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a scheduling coordinator or office administration role.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and scheduling databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands on time, and maintain attention to detail.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
