COORDINATOR, INTEGRATED DIGITAL STRATEGY

 

The Role

In this role, you’ll execute our clients’ social & digital strategies under the direction of our Digital Strategy leadership and collaborate with various teams (Creative, PR, Brand, Strategy, etc) to extend brand key messages into digital. You’ll work directly with our North American team of digital strategists, intelligence and insights partners, and PR experts to ensure timely delivery of various digital marketing deliverables.

You’ll be responsible for developing (in partnership with digital leads), deploying, and monitoring social media & digital programs for your clients. This includes providing regular reports and analysis, while regularly relaying insights and feedback to the team to strengthen our work. Ideally, you are already comfortable, or interested in learning more about, managing paid and owned brand communications (Inclusive of social media, CRM, digital, Search, Web and more). You’ll be successful in this role if you’re a self-starter who is collaborative, curious and eager to learn, working well with teams or independently and possess strong communication skills.


Responsibilities

  • Execute clients' social and digital strategies with a focus on growing engagement into different aspects of their marketing ecosystem
  • Develop content and communication concepts based on strategic briefs and direction provided by leadership
  • Be a contributing voice in the creative process, ensuring the audience and objectives are always considered alongside the channel and customer experience we’re creating for
  • Support project management for content creation, calendarization, social platform management for clients
  • Be responsible for ongoing engagement across client social channels, providing answers to questions and relaying insights and feedback to the team
  • Monitor program growth and content performance, providing regular reports and analysis
  • Create and optimize paid social ad campaigns with the support of the team
  • Managing a design and content library for each client you work with
  • Leading independent research through online listening portals
