Depending on the contract the HR Services team will complete activities related to recruitment, hiring, employee relations, benefits and compensation, health & safety and performance management. We are confident that our HR Services coupled with our HR4 software will become the next generation’s dynamic duo setting the dealership up for success like never before.

The HR Services and Growth Manager will be an integral part of this strategic growth initiative. At the forefront we are looking for a “go getter” who is passionate about delivering efficiencies to our clients as well as growing the business. Responsible for overseeing and managing all client relationships, the HR Services and Growth Manager thrives on open communication and making presentations. Equally competent in team supervision, the HR Services and Growth Manager will continually strive to develop a high impact team of HR professionals. Working in collaboration with the Vice President the Manager will continually improve the HR Services internal processes and build the team’s capacity so that we can effectively scale the HR Services business while delivering exceptional quality and client centric service.

A critical KPI for the HR Services and Growth Manager will be communication with the client and building value for our services. Some key competencies required to achieve this outcome will be bias for action, organization, time management and discipline.

**Areas of Focus**:
**Relationship Management & Growth**:

- Work proactively to build strong relationships with our clients to ensure we understand their needs and are ready to take on new challenges.
- Organize a schedule for client check-ins and conduct these meetings in an organized and timely fashion highlighting deliverables and opportunities.
- Establish a strong presence with the client resulting in increased ability to influence. Be the go-to for client issues, feedback or concerns.
- Identify additional business opportunities within current clients and collaborate with the Vice President to strategize how to go after those opportunities.

**Systems Development related to HR Advisory**:
Provide HR support and guidance to clients.

In collaboration with the Customer Growth & Retention Manager prepare guides, resources and How-To's around HR related issues and trends.

Take a proactive role in preparing communications for clients regarding legislation updates throughout Canada, including but not limited to preparation of training, communication, deployment strategies.

**Team Supervision, Coaching & Development**:

- Supervise the HR Services team by having regular touch points with them and in-person visits to ensure they are developing, executing on the deliverables and achieving.
- Be open and available to answer questions and give guidance on handling difficult HR situations.
- Manage Develop and identify employees KPI’s and personal goals and work with them to achieve them.
- Provide training on systems and processes related to HR management and technology solutions.
- Manage the orientation package for HR4 Services and conduct all new hire orientations.

**Reporting**:

- In collaboration with the Vice President, identify the most impactful reports that will highlight our team’s deliverables and HR performance within a dealership.
- Oversee and execute all reporting functions for clients including a weekly update.
- Work with the HR Services team to effectively manage their time and track hours.
- Oversee the billable hours, prepare monthly statements and work with the CFO to prepare invoices.
- Provide the leadership team with monthly status updates on HR Services and key analytics that demonstrate the value our services bring to the table.

**What you will bring to the table**:

- 5+ years of experience in HR management.
- 4+ years managing a team.
- CHRP designation or equivalent.
- Experience in consulting and fractional HR services is an asset.
- Presence and ability to influence others.
- Impeccable time management and organization skills.
- Top notch communication and team building skills.
- Excited about the opportunities within this new area of growth.
- Tech savvy and desire to commit to utilizing HR4 software for all HR management activities.
