We are a very busy marine sports company looking for someone who is able to work independently and will take the initiative to ensure the successful operation of our service department.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Creating work orders, taking payment from customers and closing work orders when work is complete.
- Providing estimates to customers and addressing their concerns.
- Ensuring clients receive excellent customer service and following up regularly so they are always fully informed of the service they are receiving and the cost of that service.
- Organize and schedule work orders; ensure the department flows between the sales and parts department.
- Assist customers with unhooking their units at drop-offs and hooking up at pickup. Complete walk around inspections of units coming in and out.
- Keep work area clean and tidy.

**Requirements**:

- Mechanical background, preferably in marine mechanics.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is a busy and physically demanding job.
- Valid driver's licence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
