**Overview**
**Duties**
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Assist in resolving any administrative issues
- Answer calls and direct them to the appropriate parties
- Greet and assist visitors professionally
- Assist in managing inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
**Experience**
**Required Skills**:
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Fluent communication in both English and Chinese
- Strong writing skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to compose professional and fluent documents
- Ability to type efficiently and operate phone systems
- Organizational skills to manage files and documents effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
**Nice-to-Have Skills**:
- Familiarity with proofreading documents for errors
**Location**
Toronto, Ontario
**Salary**
Negotiable

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
