*Job Overview*
As a Bookkeeper/ Administrative Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the office and the offices of our clients. You will be responsible for providing bookkeeping and administrative support to ensure efficient office management.
*Duties*
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Handle all bookkeeping tasks such as account reconciliation and bank reconciliation
- Support accounting functions including accounts payable, payroll, and account analysis
- Utilize accounting software to input data and generate reports
- Collaborate with the accounting team on budgeting tasks
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with accounting software Sage50 and QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
