**Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company operations team in material management, procurement, project managers, operations, field engineering and manufacturing. This role is essential in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability, reflecting MTM’s commitment to excellence. The Operations Manager will work closely with our engineering, manufacturing, quality and customer service teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**Responsibilities**
- Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees
- Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions as it relates to customer requirements
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
- Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping
- Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal and company regulations
- Meet or exceed operations labor budget expectations
- Responsibility for all operations, material management, procurement and manufacturing employees
- Responsible for all aspects of vehicle and heavy equipment rentals
- Establish contracts and pricing and ensuring proper maintenance and serving as primary liaison with utilities and local government agencies, such as fire, police, health and safety agencies
- Manage relationships with key operations vendors
- Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
- Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
- Work closely with GM, engineering manager and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
- Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings
- Maintain project schedules, identifying and communicate issues in both master schedule and individual project budgets / schedules. Manage project managers to ensure individual schedules are accurate and implemented in accordance to company procedures and requirements
- Plan and execute project load outs
- Ensure manufacturing and project 3 week schedules are executed weekly with reference to individual project schedules and master schedule.
- Provide priorities to assembly and machine shop based on master schedule
- Ensure safety of employees and work with safety officers for all improvements and initiatives
- Setup and account for project materials, purchased parts and identify procurement items with accordance to company initiatives, procedures and processes as defined by General Manager.
- Direct Supervisor - General Manager - alignment and implementation of procedures across all operations along with other duties as assigned.
- Ensure 3 week schedules are updated and review weekly with all operations staff with reference to master schedule
- Align procurement, materials management, field engineering, project managers and manufacturing to master schedule requirements providing timely updates and risk assessment and mitigations
- Report and provide assessments of project statuses relating to progress metrics and quality inspections
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
