**What You'll Do**
- Write legitimate violation notices.
- Educate the public when appropriate of the use of parking space and requirement for payment.
- Report any deficiencies on locations with respect to appearance, safety, equipment and lighting.
- Garbage pick up.
- Assist with event management as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Accuracy essential.

**What We Want From You**:

- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver's License
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to verbally communicate with guests

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:

- Operate vehicles requiring normal coordination, including eye-hand, hand-foot
- Standing or walking for extended periods of time, sometimes for entire duration of shift
- Operate electronic handheld devices

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Work is performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift.
- Protection from weather conditions may be provided, but not necessarily from temperature changes.
