Starmaker Distribution is a Wholesale Distributor of Generic and Licensed items ranging from sports to kid’s items. We have over 10,000 different products spanning 300 categories. We are our customers one stop shop for all their General Merchandise needs.

**Who We Are Looking For**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Services existing accounts, take orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to visit existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Travel to sites on a call schedule in company supplied vehicle.
- Maintain product levels at the sites, while merchandising the product assortment.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Provide samples, catalogs, and illustrations of the company's product lines.
- Develop and maintaining strong relationships with key retailers and valued clients.
- Maintain the business, continue to grow the business, and build relationships

- Experience in the sales industry.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills, detail orientation, above average follow-through.
- Ability to solve problems quickly, think creatively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive and motivated self-starter, process-oriented with a high attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of Quickbooks is an asset

**Profil recherché**

Starmaker est à la recherche d'une bilingue personne qualifiée et travailleuse pour occuper le poste de représentant du service à la clientèle à temps plein dans la Montreal et les environs. À ce titre, la personne sera chargée de s'occuper des comptes des grandes entreprises clientes, d'entretenir les relations actuelles et de proposer de nouvelles gammes de produits. En outre, la personne choisie devra faire prospérer l'entreprise en ouvrant de nouveaux comptes et magasins.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Assurer le service des comptes existants, prendre des commandes et établir de nouveaux comptes en planifiant et en organisant l'horaire de travail quotidien pour visiter les points de vente existants ou potentiels et autres facteurs commerciaux.
- Se rendre sur les sites selon un planning de visites dans un véhicule fourni par l'entreprise.
- Maintenir les niveaux de produits sur les sites, tout en commercialisant l'assortiment de produits.
- Cibler les efforts de vente en étudiant la quantité existante et potentielle de revendeurs.
- Résoudre les plaintes des clients en enquêtant sur les problèmes, en élaborant des solutions, en préparant des rapports et en faisant des recommandations à la direction.
- Fournir des échantillons, des catalogues et des illustrations des gammes de produits de l'entreprise.
- Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec les principaux détaillants et les clients importants.
- Maintenir les activités, continuer à développer les activités et établir des relations

**Aptitudes et compétences**:

- De l'expérience dans le secteur de la vente.
- De solides compétences en informatique.
- D'excellentes aptitudes de communication, un sens du détail et une capacité de suivi supérieure à la moyenne.
- La capacité à résoudre des problèmes rapidement, à penser de manière créative et à s'épanouir dans un environnement où le rythme est intense.
- L'esprit d'initiative, positif et motivé, axé sur les objectifs, avec une grande attention aux détails et un souci de l'urgence.
- La capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement très dynamique et à travailler de manière indépendante
- La maîtrise de Quickbooks est un atout

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
