  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and attract new customers to meet sales goals, providing timely and professional servicing to maintain and grow existing account base
  • Enter quotes and orders for customers and handle internal Ply Gem admin tasks, requiring strong relationship-building and selling abilities
  • Provide product and process training to customers and the inside sales team, focusing on continuous improvement and empowering others to succeed
  • Assist with accounts receivables, leveraging strong organizational and time-management skills to drive results
  • Represent the face of Ply Gem to customers and the industry, actively gathering relevant market intelligence on general industry and competitor developments

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 1-2 years of outside sales experience, or equivalent experience in the window and/or residential construction industry
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction plans, with strong computer skills and experience in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Reliable personal transportation, good driving record, and valid provincial drivers' license
  • Post-secondary education, preferably with an emphasis on marketing/business administration
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, with an outgoing and personable personality
