**What YOU Will Do**

Under the supervision of the Supplier Accounts Payable Coordinator, the position holder processes invoices, follows up until the payment process, and provides high-quality service to suppliers.
- Ensure follow-up and respond to inquiries from multiple suppliers.
- Verify invoices and short subcontracts.
- Attach all necessary documentation for payment processing.
- Make payments to suppliers within payment deadlines.
- Ensure discounts offered by suppliers are deducted.
- Ensure all legal documents (e.g., receipts) in compliance with applicable laws are obtained before processing payments.
- Work closely with the treasury team to ensure optimal cash flow management.

**What YOU Will Bring**
- Hold an AEC or DEC in accounting.
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in accounts payable processing.
- Intermediate-level English proficiency (an asset).
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Effective, meticulous, and rigorous.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
