**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Advises employees and management on the interpretation of personnel policies, programs and procedures of the company’s Employee Resource Guide.
- Counsel managers and employees consistent with company policies/practices, legal considerations, etc. and facilitate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Lead employee relations investigations on employee issues.
- Review and assists managers with the content of annual performance evaluations.
- Monitor documents used to evaluate, correct and enhance job performance and other workplace behaviors, assuring overall fairness and consistency, and meeting business requirements.
- Provide coaching and consulting to managers in order to enhance their people and performance management skills.
- Support and facilitate organizational change by seeking and developing ways for the teams to be most effective.
- Assist with training and regulatory audits as needed.
- Experience preferably in handling high volume Employee Relations workload
- PHR, SPHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred

**Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training**:

- Honesty, integrity, and strong knowledge of HR principles and employee relation skills.
- Excellent listening skills, including the ability to identify and isolate customers concerns or objections
- Strong business technical writing skills and excellent communication/people skills
- Ability to investigate and bring closure to complex HR issues
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Highly skilled in creating credible business partnerships within the organization with managers and employees
- Track record of successfully managing high volume HR processes.
- Coaching and counseling on all levels of the organization
- Must have an analytical mind that provides creative solutions to day-to-day problems, and an ability to relate to employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to multi-task within a deadline-oriented environment
- Ability to embrace change, and suggest creative innovative solutions as it relates to the business needs

**Machine, Tools and/or Equipment Skills**:

- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience with Workday and Service now preferred

Tâches et responsabilités essentielles:
Conseiller les employés et la direction sur l'interprétation des politiques, programmes et procédures du personnel faisant partie du Guide des ressources des employés de l'entreprise.

Conseiller les gestionnaires et les employés conformément aux politiques/pratiques de l'entreprise, aux considérations juridiques, etc. et faciliter la résolution des problèmes de relations avec les employés.

Mener des enquêtes de relations avec les employés portant sur les problèmes des employés.

Examiner et aider les gestionnaires avec le contenu des évaluations de rendement annuelles.

Vérifier les documents utilisés pour évaluer, corriger et améliorer les performances professionnelles et d'autres comportements sur le lieu de travail, en assurant l'équité et la cohérence globales, et en rencontrant les exigences commerciales.

Fournir un accompagnement et des conseils aux gestionnaires afin d'améliorer leurs compétences en matière de gestion du personnel et des performances.

Soutenir et faciliter le changement organisationnel en recherchant et en développant des moyens pour que les équipes soient les plus efficaces.

Aider à la formation et aux audits réglementaires si nécessaire.

Expérience de préférence dans la gestion de la charge de travail à volume élevé en matière de relations avec les employés.

Connaissance pratique des exigences de la loi 96, de préférence

Certification PHR, SPHR ou SHRM-CP, de préférence

Connaissances et compétences requises/Cours et/ou formation spécialisés:
Honnêteté, intégrité et solide connaissance des principes des RH et des compétences en relations avec les employés.

Excellentes capacités d'écoute, y compris la capacité d'identifier et d'isoler les préoccupations ou les objections des clients

Solides compétences en rédaction technique commerciale et excellentes compétences en communication et en relations humaines

Capacité à enquêter et à résoudre des problèmes RH complexes

Excellentes compétences en relations interpersonnelles et en gestion des relations

Hautement qualifié pour créer des partenariats d'affaires crédibles au sein de l'organisation avec les gestionnaires et les employés

Antécédents de gestion réussie de processus RH à volume élevé.

Accompagnement et conseil à tous les niveaux de l'organisation

Doit avoir un esprit analytique qui propose des solutions créatives aux problèmes quotidiens et une capacité à établir des relations avec les employés à tous les niveaux de l'organisation
