As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will manage client agreements with credit counsellors and trustees as well as negotiate monthly payment plans and record payments received.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently enter clients' agreements into the software, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Engage in negotiations with credit counsellors to establish feasible and mutually beneficial monthly payment plans.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with credit counsellors, ensuring clear understanding of our clients' financial needs.
- Receive checks from credit counsellors and trustees, promptly enter payment details into the clients' profiles, and ensure accuracy in recording transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to lending, credit counselling, and debt management.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal growth and actively seek opportunities to expand knowledge and skills within the lending industry.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial or lending industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with credit counsellors, trustees, and clients.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry to maintain precise client records.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented individual who thrives in a team-based environment.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality

En tant que spécialiste des relations avec la clientèle, vous gérerez les accords des clients avec les conseillers en crédit et les syndics, négocierez les plans de paiement mensuels et enregistrerez les paiements reçus.

**Responsabilités**:
Saisir efficacement les accords des clients dans le logiciel, en veillant à ce que la documentation soit exacte et opportune.Engager des négociations avec les conseillers en crédit afin d'établir des plans de paiement mensuels réalisables et mutuellement avantageux.Maintenir une communication professionnelle et efficace avec les conseillers en crédit, en veillant à bien comprendre les besoins financiers de nos clients.Recevoir les chèques des conseillers en crédit et des administrateurs, saisir rapidement les détails du paiement dans les profils des clients et veiller à l'exactitude de l'enregistrement des transactions.Fournir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel en répondant rapidement aux demandes des clients, en abordant leurs préoccupations et en proposant des solutions appropriées.Collaborer avec les autres membres de l'équipe pour rationaliser les processus, améliorer l'efficacité et l'expérience globale du client.Se tenir au courant des tendances du secteur, des réglementations et des meilleures pratiques en matière de prêt, de conseil en matière de crédit et de gestion des dettes.Faire preuve d'un engagement fort en faveur de la croissance personnelle et rechercher activement des opportunités d'élargir ses connaissances et ses compétences au sein du secteur des prêts.
