We are a growing company that manufactures, installs and services all our products based right here in Cambridge Ontario. We are looking for a new member to join our impeccable coordination team in an effort to service our growing client base.

This position is for an individual that enjoys working with internal teams and building relationships with external customers. You’re excellent at prioritizing and delivering results while having mínimal control over others’ schedules. In this client care and team support position, you’ll be communicating with our clients to discuss the preparation of their site in advance of installation dates and coordinating with technicians. To be successful you’ll be required to think 3 steps ahead and have a backup plan ready to go if things don’t go according to the original plan. Also, this position will be working with the Project manager to ensure smooth and efficient follow up with our clients and ensuring that all permits and data is up to date. It requires a person that is proactive and comfortable managing a high volume of information and projects that could last one to over twelve months.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Enters, reviews and closes work orders in workorder software.

3. Manages job callbacks to drive job to 100% completion

4. Book follow up inspections and follow through on permits

5. Maintain close contact with the team, organize data, qualify sites and ensure jobs are ready for installation

6. Send documentation to clients and follow through to obtain signatures

7. Call clients and confirm appointments

8. Record keeping and updating system information

9. Pull and complete permits

11. Solve and resolve disputes or issues in a timely manner

**Job requirements**
- 1 to 5 years customer service experience, preferably in the manufacturing, construction or logistics industries
- Developed computer literacy
- A high level of customer service and conscientious work ethic required

4. Ability to understand stages of residential home construction

5. Pro-active, self-starter with the ability to work independently and with small teams
- Effective communicator and holds him/herself accountable
- Ability to manage and solve stressful/pressure situations
- Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
