Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Effective planning, organizing, and implementation of operational strategies.
  • Recruitment, supervision, training, coaching, and performance management of Executive Directors and leadership teams.
  • Monitoring quality in all homes to ensure adherence to corporate guidelines, policies, and standards.
  • Collaboration with Asset Management on business plan implementation.
  • Supporting Executive Directors in budget development and financial reporting.
  • Encouraging positive communication at all levels to drive optimal performance and understanding of goals.
  • Conducting regular site visits to ensure compliance with Southbridge Care Homes standards.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with local and provincial stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A post-secondary education in a related field such as Business or Healthcare.
  • Previous experience as a senior executive in the LTC sector.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a strong ability to motivate and support direct reports.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong financial skills, including budget development and variance analysis.
  • A passion for working with seniors and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Compensation Package

This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension plan, and paid time off.
