Client Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth and efficient follow-up with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with clients to discuss site preparation and installation dates.
2. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs.
3. Manage job callbacks to drive job completion to 100%.
4. Book follow-up inspections and obtain necessary permits.
5. Maintain close contact with the team, organize data, and qualify sites for installation.
6. Send documentation to clients and obtain signatures.
7. Confirm appointments with clients and record keeping.
8. Pull and complete permits as required.
9. Provide daily phone calls and emails to clients to ensure satisfaction.
10. Resolve disputes or issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or logistics.
- Developed computer literacy and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand stages of residential home construction and work independently or with small teams.
- Effective communicator and ability to manage stressful situations.
