**The Role**:
Our Customer Service team is looking for a new Customer Service Representative to help support our Western Canada customer groups. This role will have the opportunity to directly support our customers and educate our clients about our innovative PPE product catalogue, all while delivering above-and-beyond customer experiences. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager - West, you will bring your passion for people, problem solving and details to our customer-centric team. **YOUR core responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming phone calls and process customer orders
- Generate sales leads for outside sales
- Provide support to hand protection specialists
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Deliver exceptional customer service experience
- Follow procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Maintain customer accounts and record account information
- Make product recommendations and substitution
- Participate in product knowledge sessions
- Admin Assistant support as needed

**What YOU BRING to Watson Gloves**:

- 2+ years of customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service, organizational, time management and critical thinking skills
- Strong computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft GP experience is an asset
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask and to stay organized
- Professional telephone manner
- Team player
